PD Program 2024
The IMC Professional Development Program will recommence in February 2024.
Programs to be available from the end of February over the new IMC Open Learning portal are:
Management Consulting Foundations – an introductory program for new and aspiring Management Consultants, including 12 modules, 2 facilitated discussion groups and a 30-minute Mentoring session.
$1980 inclu GST is the price (Members only)
Before registering for a Facilitated Workshop, participants MUST have completed the relevant Modules prior to the Workshop.

Organisational Development

This group is designed to promote collaboration and learning amongst consulting professionals with backgrounds in organisational psychology, organisational development, human resources and related disciplines. The group convenor is Jon Wilson. Jon is a Certified Management Consultant and registered Psychologist with a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology. He is based in Perth and is Director of a management consulting business that operates nationally across a broad combination of industry sectors.
Meeting Format: 1-hour online sessions over Zoom or MS Teams (TBA by Convenor)
Meeting Frequency: quarterly sessions 1st Friday of the month

Management Consultancy Toolbox
The course aim is to provide an introduction to the management consulting profession, the consulting lifecycle, and the management principles and practices required for successful consulting engagements. Participants will also learn how to effectively prepare and manage client proposals and engagements.
Participants in this program will develop practical consultancy skills and gain valuable insights into the key characteristics of successful consultants. Participants will develop their skills in areas including team management, client and stakeholder relations, market and trend analysis, effective communication, problem solving, and the development and implementation of innovative business solutions.
