Bio: Jenifer was appointed to the National Board in March 2022, and since November 2022 has been the ACT Chapter Director. She is currently the Membership Committee Chair, and previously the Chair of the Professional Development Committee, and has served as a Member of the Finance, Risk, Audit & Governance Committee of the Board.

Jenifer has been a management consultant since 1999, and is currently the principal of Growing Your Own Self, specialising in Learning & Development, Mentoring and Business Coaching. Jenifer has been a management consultant since 1999, was a principal of Alliance Consulting Group prior to its sale to a Canberra consulting firm, providing a range of business improvement services to government clients including Governance Reviews, Workforce Strategy Development, and financial analysis for complex procurement projects. Whilst starting off her career as a musician, Jenifer is an accountant by profession and is a Fellow of CPA Australia, is a Graduate of the AICD, and holds post-graduate qualifications in Taxation and Human Resource Management.
