Professor Penny Paliadelis was appointed to the IMC Board in March 2024.

She is the Managing Director of Paldyne Consulting Pty Ltd, a successful higher education and leadership consultancy company.

Penny’s consultancy work focuses on the design and review of undergraduate and postgraduate health/leadership curricula, quality auditing against national standards set by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), the development and delivery of innovative executive leadership programs and the provision of executive leadership coaching for a range of organisations, predominantly in the higher education, vocational education and healthcare sectors.

Penny is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Penny has an academic career spanning more than 25 years, including holding senior leadership roles such as Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) and Executive Dean, Faculty of Health, Federation University Australia and Head of School of Health, University of New England.

She holds a Bachelor and Masters (Honours) degree in nursing and health education, and a PhD in leadership.  Penny is an Adjunct Professor at Federation University Australia and Deakin Co (a division of Deakin University).
