Bio: Lesley is a senior executive with over 30 years’ experience across manufacturing, mining and resources in Australia and the UK. She has held general manager and strategic leadership roles with Rio Tinto, Boyne Smelters and Energy Resources of Australia, leading major operational transformations, large-scale asset strategies and complex stakeholder engagement. Lesley brings significant board and committee experience across industry, community and regional development, with exposure to ASX and Joint Venture governance. She is recognised for driving cultural and operational change, developing high-performing teams, and delivering transparent results in competitive and high-complexity environments.
