Use the following template to write up three (3) professional management consulting assignments including client references that you have delivered in the last three (3) years. Each write up should be no more than two A4 pages in length using the headings below.

Section Headings

  1. Client description
  2. Assignment description and objectives
  3. Assignment duration and total consulting days
  4. Your role
  5. Assignment steps
  6. Outcomes
  7. Key learning/s based on issues faced and how these were handled
  8. Attachments – reports or deliverables produced by you in the course of the assignment (if available)
  9. Names and contact details of client representatives (preferably the sponsor and/or team member) that the Assessment Panel can contact to obtain feedback on the assignment in relation to your consulting expertise.

      • Your CPD record for the last 3 years totalling 60 CPD points. See IMC CPD By Laws.
      • A brief description of three consulting assignments. These should be from within the last 3 years. Each to have a client referee contact information.
      • The descriptions should include: Engagement objectives, duration, your role, what you did, results, key learnings and no more than one A4 page each.
