Bio: Mike is the Portfolio Lead for the National Conference and ICMCI Delegate. Mike joined WD Scott the first management consultancy in Australia, in 1984 and in 1988 started his own consultancy and training firm, McLean Management Consultants (MMC) in Sydney. The firm built a track record in assisting ASX and private sector companies to improve their operations - strategically and tactically with business improvement methodologies that the clients required. The project based knowledge transfer method was built on Adult Learning Principles and client and their teams completing actual improvement projects whilst attaining national qualifications where required. The consultancy and training is grounded within the client's management system by "Embedding Strategic Change". Likewise, an engaging stakeholder and strategic analysis, build the visual Plans-on-a-page for 3 Horizons with the "Keep, Change and Create" (TM) model captured within certified Integrated Management Systems.
