Target Audience

This program is designed for professionals who:

Program Delivery

The mode of delivery includes a combination of the following:

  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Candidates complete an application initially and if deemed suitable for this pathway, are provided with the RPL kit.
  • Limited one to one (mentored development)/online video conferencing. This mode of delivery utilises online face-to-face mentored development of individuals through assessor-led activities. Candidates take part in an introductory workshop and ‘content’ workshops may be provided from time to time, depending on candidate needs. It is expected that most candidates will already be employed in a position where they can perform and demonstrate the competencies if this pathway is selected.
  • Blended (mix of online delivery via Zoom/Webex/Teams platform plus facilitated workshops)
