Are early bird rates available

Yes. Early bird pricing is available until Friday 13 March. We encourage delegates to secure their place before the advertised closing date.

Can I transfer my registration?

Accepted Answer

Registrations may be transferable to a colleague from the same organisation. Please contact the organisers for assistance.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organiser.
Cancellations received in writing on or before 27 March 2026 will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of $70 (inc. GST).
Cancellations received between 28 March and 23 April 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or after 24 April 2026.
Delegate substitutions may be permitted up to the commencement of the conference, subject to notification and approval, and must be eligible for the same registration fee type.

The Conference Dinner will be held on the evening of Friday 8 May, tickets can be purchased at time of registration.

Sofitel Broadbeach is approximately 30 minutes from Gold Coast Airport. It is accessible via taxi, rideshare or light rail. Broadbeach North station only a short walk from the hotel.

Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is only a 30-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport and a 90-minute drive from Brisbane Airport. Onsite parking is available at the hotel, with self-parking priced at $39 per night from Sunday to Thursday and $49 per night on Friday and Saturday and valet parking available at $55 per night.
